On the 18th century estate Gary purchased in 2004, just to the north of Bolton, he converted a further four farm buildings which were in danger of deteriorating beyond repair into luxury homes.

Revitalised by Gary’s team of interior designers, the properties also boast enviable views of the rolling Lancashire countryside.
